Working in an administrative field has often required me like so many others to reinvent myself. I believe that as times have changed, so must we.  To be truly successful we must always be flexible in our willingness to learn. We must also be open to new ideas and a new way of doing things. The key is to recognize when resources are available and when is best to seek them out.
